All products sold by CrochetHall are digital downloads. Because digital files are delivered electronically and can be accessed immediately after purchase, all sales are generally final and non-refundable once the files have been downloaded or accessed, except where required by applicable law.

When We May Offer a Refund or Replacement

  • You accidentally purchased the same pattern more than once.
  • You received the wrong file.
  • The downloaded file is corrupted, incomplete, or cannot be opened and we are unable to resolve the issue.

Depending on the situation, we may provide a replacement file, technical assistance, store credit, or a refund.

Download or Printing Issues

Refunds are not provided for issues caused by:

  • Problems unzipping or opening downloaded files.
  • Printer settings or printing-scale issues.
  • Device, browser, software, or internet compatibility.
  • Purchasing a pattern without realizing it is a digital product rather than a physical item.

Pattern Results

Crochet results can vary depending on yarn, hook size, tension, gauge, materials, and individual technique. Differences in the finished project resulting from these factors are not considered defects in the digital pattern.

Order Cancellations

Because digital products may become available immediately after checkout, orders generally cannot be cancelled once the digital content has been accessed or downloaded.
